Hi All,
I have somehow agreed to take part in a Tough Mudder in October to raise money for Cancer Research. Clearly my body is not up to something like this but with such a great opportunity to raise money for such an important charity I simply could not say no!
Tough Mudder creates hardcore obstacle courses designed to test your all around strength, stamina, and mental grit along with a 15k run. The challenges include plunging into Ice Cold Water and getting electrocuted so a far cry from a stroll in the park!
I’d be extremely grateful if you can spare a penny or a few to donate to Cancer Research…Warburtons will also match the funding up to £375!
