Hi there!

Recently I have started to commit more to getting into better shape, via more regular gym visits to having a PT (Calum Westwood) to help guide my routine.

As a result of this, I've decided to join him and his team in doing this years South London Tough Mudder, this is something that is going to incredibly challenging for someone completely new to this sort of thing, but will also be heavily rewarding.

Due to me taking part in this event, I thought it would also be a good idea to try and raise a little bit of money for charity as well. My charity of choice is Cancer research UK, my reason for choosing this charity is because, as some people are aware, last year my dad had to have a kidney removed due to it becoming cancerous. This was an incredibly nervous time for me and my family as you can imagine, but due to the incredible people over at Spire Healthcare, it was able to be removed and treated quickly and effectively.

If you can spare a few pounds that would be greatly appreciated and would mean a lot to me and my family, though there is no pressure to do so, as I know times are hard and a lot of people don't have anything to spare.
